Introduction to the grace of classical ballet, a technical dance that demands flexibility and tone. The child learns body maintenance, fluid movements, extension and flexibility, as well as technical vocabulary.
CLASSICAL BALLET
Ballet technique aims to develop anatomical joint flexibility, allowing the dancer to perform the different movements. The exercises, both at the bar on the floor, develop muscle strength, balance, flexibility and grace. Through various exercises, we work the graceful bearing of arms and the head, the precise work of the foot, proper body positioning and aesthetics in our workspace. Learning the choreography will help the dancer integrate all aspects learned during the course. Moreover, learning ballet is an excellent base for any type of dance.
