In order to ensure the proper functioning of our courses and also, the best possible service, please read the registration policies and the rules of the studio mentioned below.

Registration Policies:

• All prices displayed on our site include taxes.

• For all new students, a $10 fee will be applied automatically upon first registration. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

• Full payment for the session must be made within 10 days of registration. Without receipt of payment within the stipulated deadlines, registration will be automatically canceled.

• Payment for the session is made in a single payment if the total bill is less than $300.

• Payment for the session can be made in 2 installments if the total bill is more than $300. The payment dates are fixed (1st payment of 50% upon registration and 2nd payment of 50% on October 8th, 2023).

• For any request for a specific agreement, please call us at 450-663-2673 to have your request approved.

• A late fee of 10% of the remaining invoice amount applies if payment is not received 30 days after the start of the session. Therefore, for the FALL 2023 session, full payment must be received before OCTOBER 8, 2o23.

• The accepted payment methods are:

  • Debit card or credit card at the studio reception;

  • Credit card over the phone (no payment possible directly on the registration platform);

  • E-transfer (email address: enkdanse@yahoo.ca / question: studio name / answer: enkdanse). All bank transfers received will be cashed within a maximum of 14 days;

  • Cash at the studio reception;

• TRIAL COURSE: only one trial lesson is granted per session. It is therefore not possible to try several courses.

• TRIAL COURSE: registration is mandatory in the course chosen for a trial course. You must therefore reserve the child's place in the class anyway. Once registration is complete, write to enkdanse@yahoo.ca to let us know that you want to book a trial class for the chosen course. If the child does not want to continue after the trial lesson or if you do not show up, you must absolutely notify us so that we can free up the place for someone else.

• Once registration is made for the fall session, a period of 21 days (3 weeks) is given to cancel the course without charge. Once this deadline has passed, a penalty fee representing 10% of the total value of the course will be required or not refunded.

• Any refund will be processed within 14 days. For payments made by credit card, the card holder must come to the studio to make the reimbursement.

• In order to obtain the refund to which you are entitled, you must notify reception that you wish to cancel, before the end of the current session. No “uncancelled” course will be refunded. Cancellation policies apply.

• When registering, you must answer the mandatory questions found in the “Questionnaire” section, namely confirmation of the student's presence at the end of session show, authorization to use photos and videos of the student for promotional purposes and permission to send you information that involves the registered student's course. If the boxes are not checked, we will assume that the answers are positive.

• You will also need to complete the “Consent” section in the parent/caregiver file AND in the files of additional members (i.e. everyone in the file) to allow us to communicate with you. Please note that the “Individual Email”, “Emails regarding activities”, “Mass Emails” and “Telephone” boxes must absolutely be checked. Mass emails are not advertisements. These are emails that are sent to all of our customers regarding holidays, show information, links for purchasing show tickets, etc. It is therefore essential that the boxes mentioned above are checked when creating the file.

• The student's costume fee must be paid at the start of the session.

• All groups will present their number at the end of session show (in December for Concorde only and in May for Collège Laval AND Concorde).

• We do not produce tax statements for dance classes. You must use the receipt sent by email if you want to put the fees paid on your taxes. This excludes Relevé24 for day camps.

Rules of the studio:

• At École Enkdanse, we are committed to treating all students and parents with the utmost respect. We ask you to do the same and to remain respectful towards our receptionists, our teachers, the members of the management and the other parents.

• Students must respect the dress code requested for their course.

• NO shoes from outside will be allowed inside our studios. If you or your child come to your dance class in shoes, you will need to provide a second pair of shoes (to carry in your hands or in a bag) for the dance class.

• We apply a Zero Tolerance policy towards any act of intimidation and harassment between students. The student who does not respect this policy could be expelled from the course, and even from the studio. This policy is also valid between parents.

• Respect for the premises and their cleanliness is necessary for the smooth running of our evenings and our days. Please leave the premises in immaculate condition. This regulation applies both to parents in the waiting areas and to the students in the premises.

• Any complaints must be addressed to management in writing at enkdanse@yahoo.ca.

• If you forget a personal item (water bottle, jacket, cap, etc.), please contact reception and check our lost items.

• We are not responsible for the theft or loss of personal items left at the dance school.
