Natalie Gladu
Owner and General Manager
Natalie is a very dynamic, fun, and talented teacher. After dancing throughout her youth, she earned her dance diploma from Cégep Montmorency, then completed her Bachelor’s degree in Dance Performance at UQAM. After performing with the Montreal Alouettes Cheerleaders for several years, she took the reins of her Enkdanse school in Laval in 2011, which has been constantly expanding since its opening. In September 2022, she also acquired a second dance school and now directs the evening classes offered at Collège Laval. Highly versatile, she teaches adult groups and competition troupes in jazz and contemporary dance. She also created a Dance-Study program with École secondaire Georges-Vanier Laval in 2018, where she teaches jazz and creative classes, in addition to overseeing student evaluations. Her great passion for her work and her love for her clients bring joy and happiness to Enkdanse School.
Natalie teaches Advanced Contemporary, the Fame and Essence troupes, in addition to teaching students in the Dance-Study Program and advanced troupes.
Marjolaine Barbeau
Administrative and Communications Director
Marjolaine has been passionate about dance for over 30 years. She evolved in the competitive world from 2001 to 2019, participating in several major dance events across Quebec in groups and as a soloist, earning mentions and honors. She is primarily trained in jazz, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, and musical theatre. In addition to holding a college diploma in dance from Cégep Saint-Laurent, Marjolaine has completed numerous teaching certifications with the Broadway Dance Center (New York), the Réseau d’Enseignement de la Danse (RED), CLI Studios, and the Dance Lab. Marjolaine deeply cares about the well-being, safety, and development of dancers, in addition to offering dynamic and fun classes to the school’s students. She has also recently become a certified NCCP coach.
Marjolaine teaches the Lux, Trouble, Rise, and Aura troupes, in addition to teaching Junior Technique and Ballet Technique classes.
Jade Perreault-Vaudrin
Director, Operations and Development
Passionate about dance since childhood, Jade has been an instructor for over 15 years. She has gained extensive experience as a dancer and teacher in various studios, as well as in extracurricular programs in elementary schools and daycares. Her artistic journey also led her to Quel Talent!, where she reached the finals with the C4PITALS troupe, an experience that further enriched her background. This year, Jade also takes a new step by joining management as Development Director, where she can leverage her experience and leadership. Deeply passionate and caring, Jade is dedicated to the development, progress, and inclusion of each student. For her, teaching means transmitting a passion, but above all, creating an environment where everyone can flourish, gain confidence, and develop their full potential. Despite her experience, she actively continues her training with the Réseau d’Enseignement de la Danse (RED), CLI Studios, and the Dance Lab, to stay up-to-date and continue to improve.
Jade will be teaching a long list of classes this year: Monday Creative Dance, Adult Hip Hop, Jazz 7-9 years, Jazz 10-12 years, Hip Hop 7-9 years, Hip Hop 10-13, Teen Hip Hop, as well as the Blink, Dynasty, Silk, Osmose, and Kanva troupes. She also teaches Junior Technique 1, Intermediate Technique, the Dance-Study Program, and participates in freestyle production.
