Account Creation Process
Here’s how to create an account on the Sportplus platform.
Already have an account? Log in!
- Click on the link Create or Access My Account to be redirected to the registration platform (Sport-Plus);
- Create an account in your name (do not create the account in the child’s name). Note that your username does not need to be your email address, as suggested. You can choose a word and numbers as your username;
- Then add the child as a member to your family account;
- Select the course and add it to your cart;
- Follow the instructions to confirmation.
- The child’s spot will only be officially reserved upon receipt of full payment. Payment must be received within a maximum of 10 days following registration, otherwise the registration will be automatically canceled by the system. Payment must be made by credit card over the phone or by bank transfer (see instructions in the Policies and Regulations section)
For individuals responsible for the Sportplus account
It is now possible to add more than one email address to the account (for example, the address of both parents/responsible persons). To add a second recipient, please follow these steps:
- Ensure your account is properly created;
- Click on Add a member or Add an adult;
- Enter the information for the second responsible person (first name, last name, relationship to the student, phone number, email address. The person must check the communication consents if they wish to receive emails);
- Check the RESPONSIBLE box in the STATUS section or the Family Responsible box;
- Save and close.
