Policies and Regulations
To ensure the smooth operation of our classes and the best possible service, please review the registration policies and studio rules mentioned below.
*For policies and rules specific to day camps, visit the DAY CAMP tab.
Registration Policies:
All prices displayed on our site do not include taxes.
When registration is completed in SportPlus, the system automatically sends an email with the invoice, confirming the registration, to the address you provided in your file. If you do not receive the invoice after registration, it means you have not completed the registration correctly OR your email address is incorrect. In that case, the student is not officially registered.
Full payment for the session must be made at the time of registration. Please note that the registration platform does not process any payments. Please consult the accepted payment methods below.
Payment for the session is made in 1 single installment if the invoice total is less than $320 for the fall 2026 session.
Payment for the session can be made in 2 installments if the invoice total is more than $320. The installment dates are fixed (1st installment of 50% at registration and 2nd installment of 50% on September 30, 2026).
All recreational clients are subject to the payment deadlines mentioned above. For any special payment arrangement request for the session, please call us at 450-663-2673 to have your request approved.
A late fee representing 10% of the total or remaining invoice amount (excluding costume fee) applies if full payment is not received before September 30, 2026 for the fall 2026 session.
Accepted payment methods are:
Bank transfer (direct deposit to enkdanse@yahoo.ca)
Debit or credit card at the studio reception;
Cash at the studio reception;
*NOTE THAT NO PAYMENT IS POSSIBLE DIRECTLY ON SPORTPLUS.
NOTE THAT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS BY PHONE ARE NO LONGER POSSIBLE WITHOUT A 4% SERVICE FEE.
TRIAL CLASS: only one trial class is granted per session. It is therefore not possible to try multiple classes. Note that the deadline to take a trial class for the fall 2026 session will be September 24, 2026.
TRIAL CLASS: online registration is mandatory in the chosen class to take a trial class. You must therefore reserve the child’s spot in the class anyway. Once registration is completed, write to enkdanse@yahoo.ca to let us know that you want to reserve a trial class for the chosen class. If the child does not wish to continue after the trial class or if you do not show up, you must absolutely notify us so we can free up the spot for someone else.
If the class you have chosen is full, it is possible to register on the waiting list. We will contact people in order of registration on the waiting list if a spot becomes available.
Once the session has started, a 21-day period (3 classes) is granted to cancel the class without cancellation fees. Note that all classes the student has attended will be charged on the invoice. Once this period has passed, a penalty fee representing 10% of the total class value will be required or not refunded.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days. For payments made by credit card, the cardholder must come to the studio to process the refund.
To obtain the refund you are entitled to, you must notify reception that you wish to cancel, before the end of the current session. No “uncanceled” classes will be refunded. Cancellation policies apply. Classes to be refunded will be calculated from the refund request date.
When registering, you must answer all mandatory questions found in the “Questionnaire” section. If the boxes are not checked, we will assume the answers are positive.
You will also need to complete the “Consent” section in the parent/guardian file AND in the additional member files (so everyone on the file) to allow us to communicate with you.
It is possible to add a 2nd responsible adult to the file by following the detailed procedure in the Registration section.
The student’s costume fee must be paid at the beginning of the session. If the costume is paid for, we assume the student will participate in the end-of-session show.
All groups will present their choreography at the end-of-session show in December 2026.
All students must be available for the show weekend until the final schedule is sent. It is impossible to say at the beginning of the session which of our 2 performances the student will participate in.
We do not produce tax receipts for dance classes. You must use the receipt sent by email if you want to claim the fees paid on your taxes. This excludes the Relevé 24 for day camps.
